Getting this site ready has been simultaneously a lot more work than I anticipated, and a lot faster than I thought possible. I think it will be worthwhile, though. If you’re reading this, you’re either a patron, or something has gone terribly wrong with my site security. Either way, I’ll let you in on a secret: I’ve been holding back.

Hosting my art on other sites always runs into the same trouble. Payment processors like Visa don’t like letting people buy certain types of content on their payment network. There are some ways around this, but even so most sites are pretty careful about what they allow. What it boils down to is, you’re not supposed to have sex and violence in the same image. That is a problem.

Hosting my art on my own site, and gating access through a fairly permissive third-party vendor (Patreon), should allow me to do anything I want. And what I want is to create amazing, interesting, fully-realized heroines and villains, and then throw them into a woodchipper of sex and violence. I don’t want to have to separate my sex and my violence, I want to mush them together like PB&J. I’m looking forward to putting the fetish back into death fetish.
